Membership & Stanley Head Parking



Renewal of Membership

Subscriptions are due on 1st January each year and a current membership card must be obtained before fishing. Cards can be obtained online, click here or at monthly meetings or by post from the Treasurer with 1st. Class SAE and FRONT COVER FROM old card. Disabled members card - persons who are eligible to receive DISABILITY LIVING ALLOWANCE at the HIGHER RATE for mobility reasons or PERSONAL INDEPENDANCE PAYMENT (MOBILITY COMPONENT enhanced rate) can only be renewed with proof of disability. Note: All Astbury Carp Memberships must be renewed by 31st January otherwise that membership will be offered to a person on the waiting list. All  other members are encouraged to renew before 1st March otherwise membership cannot be guaranteed​.

 

New Applications for Membership

A person wishing to be considered for membership must apply either online, click here or by post by completing and returning a 2024 SOTAS APPLICATION FORM.

Application by telephone is not allowed.

Additional Information

1.  There are no Entrance Fees.

2. Members wishing to fish Asbury Water Park for carp or to fish Asbury Water Park at night must purchase an ASTBURY CARP MEMBERSHIP at a cost of £205.
3. Members wishing to fish River Dove at night will have to purchase a Night Permit  at a cost of £25.
4.  A charge of £3 will be made to replace this Card if it is lost, damaged or stolen.
5.  Presentation Night to be advised. 
6.  Please report all pollution incidents to the EA Emergency Hotline, 0800 80 70 60.  Please remember to ask for an incident number.
7.  A CANAL ONLY/NON-FISHING MEMBERSHIP is available at a cost of £10
